Nebraska Real Estate Commission Licensing Info. & Forms

• Must complete 60 hours of pre-license education
• Have a high school diploma or GED 
• Must submit fingerprints for the background check
• Passing score of both National & State on the Exam 
• Errors & Omissions Insurance
• Post-Licensing continuing education 

LICENSING IN IOWA 

Iowa Real Estate Commission Licensing Info.

• Must be 18 at submition of application
• Pass a criminial history check
• Complete 60 hours of pre-license education
• Complete 3 12 hour approved courses (Buying Practices, Listing Practices, and Developing Professionalism & Ethical Practices) 
• Must be taken in order!
